On Thursday, October 30, the Truman Waterfront Farmers Market will transform into a festively spooky celebration where families can enjoy a free community Halloween party and little costumed revelers can trick-or-treat among the vendor tents. From 4 pm until shortly after sunset at 7 pm, the market will be filled with laughter, costumes, and plenty of Halloween fun.
