A Conch Delight: A Culinary Celebration of Conch Cuisine at Grimal Grove
Step back in time at Grimal Grove for an immersive evening celebrating the flavors and culture of the Florida Keys. Guests will enjoy a guided grove tour led by Dr. Cori Convertito, curator and historian of the Key West Art & Historical Society, sharing the history of Florida foodways. The evening continues with a tropical dining experience featuring a menu curated by Chef Martin Liz, including island-inspired dishes like black-eye pea fritters with key lime mustard aioli, Bahamian-style conch salad, and a classic Key West “cut-up” salad. Guests will receive a souvenir mug with three complimentary beverages, enjoy a tasting of Grimal Reserve Mutiny Vodka with passed appetizers, and take in Latino and Cubano rhythms by CARIBE of Key West. A portion of proceeds benefits the Grimal Grove Youth Program, supporting education on local agriculture and food sovereignty.
