The evening features a curated menu by celebrity Chef Sam Choy—widely known as the godfather of poke and co-founder of the Pacific Rim culinary movement—showcasing fresh local seafood, farm-fresh produce, and inventive breadfruit dishes served family-style after a poke station and passed appetizers. Guests will also enjoy a guided tour of the lush tropical food forest led by Dr. Russell Fielding, author of _Breadfruit: Three Global Journeys of a Bountiful Tree_, who will share the fascinating history and cultural journey of breadfruit around the world. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a souvenir flower lei and two complimentary beverages before gathering for dinner beneath the grove, where the evening concludes with dessert and a vibrant performance by the Drums of Polynesia, bringing the rhythms and spirit of the South Pacific to life.
