Humor in Musical Theater with Nancy Hoffman

Fridays, February 20 and 27, and March 6 and 13, 1:30–3pm Explore the lighter side of musical theater in this engaging, discussion-driven course. Open to all experience levels, the class examines how humor works on stage through curated examples, media clips, and live musical moments. Participants will dive into the structure, timing, and performance choices that make songs and scenes funny, gaining a deeper appreciation for comedy’s role in musical storytelling.
