National Travel & Tourism Week/America 250 Kickoff

Join us in Big Pine Key for a one-of-a-kind community celebration kicking off National Travel & Tourism Week and America 250! 

On Monday, May 4 from 11 AM to 2 PM at Old Wooden Bridge Marina, enjoy a lively waterfront gathering featuring a community paddle (bring your own kayak or paddleboard or rent onsite), live music, local food trucks, and a special proclamation signing by Mayor Lincoln—on the water. 

Meet local conservation and ecotourism partners who help protect and preserve the Keys’ unique environment, and learn how tourism and stewardship go hand in hand. Bring your conch horn and join Master of Ceremonies Clinton Curry as we kick off the celebration with a traditional conch horn call!
