This training program — Key Lime Academy — is designed to help travel advisors confidently sell and service The Florida Keys & Key West. Upon completion, graduates earn the designation Conch-Star, signaling destination expertise and insider-level knowledge of one of Florida’s most diverse regions.
How The Program Works
Key Lime Academy is structured to be practical, flexible, and sales focused. Each chapter builds destination knowledge and highlights how to match traveler types to the right Keys experience. Content is organized by region, with clear distinctions between Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon, the Lower Keys, and Key West.
