Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina

Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina sits at 3 North Conch Avenue on Conch Key, on the bay side of the Middle Keys. There are ten units in total: five waterfront efficiencies, three water view rooms, a two room suite and an upstairs apartment. Most have small kitchens, linens are provided, and there is free wifi and coin laundry on site. The thing that actually sets the place apart is simpler than any of that. Every unit comes with its own dedicated boat slip and dock.

The marina is built around guests running their own boats. The docks handle vessels up to 45 feet, the onsite ramp takes boats up to 32 feet, and there is non ethanol fuel at the dock along with a small store carrying frozen bait and fishing supplies. Water on the bay side runs shallow at four to five feet, and the Atlantic is a short run out under the Long Key Bridge. Boat rentals are available and charters can be arranged.

Ashore there is a salt water pool with a waterfall, a tiki hut, grills and lounge chairs. Being on the bay side means the sunset happens in front of you instead of behind the building, and Florida Bay and the edge of Everglades National Park are minutes away by boat.
