Gulfstream Fishing, Inc.

Gulfstream Fishing has run party boats out of Key West since 1947, which makes it one of the oldest fishing operations in the Keys still working. The Gulfstream IV departs from Historic Charter Boat Row at 1801 N. Roosevelt Boulevard, is Coast Guard inspected, and carries up to 40 anglers.

There is one trip and it runs every day of the year: six hours, 10 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. The boat fishes three to ten miles offshore in 20 to more than 100 feet of water, which keeps the ride out under an hour and leaves the rest of the day for fishing. The catch runs to yellowtail, mangrove, mutton and lane snapper, red and black grouper, mackerel, jacks and white grunt.

The fare covers rod and reel, tackle, bait and your Florida saltwater fishing license, and the crew baits hooks and helps anyone who needs it. There are restrooms and a snack bar aboard, parking is free, and they clean and fillet the catch back at the dock. Adults are $69.95, children 12 and under $42.95, and non fishing riders $45.95.
