Island Dolphin Care

Island Dolphin Care (IDC) is a nonprofit therapy center in Key Largo offering transformative, dolphin-assisted programs for children with special needs, families, and veterans. Visitors experience life-changing moments through tailored, in-water therapy and educational encounters with IDC’s family of rescued bottlenose dolphins. Each visit fosters connection, healing, and joy while supporting the lifelong care of the dolphins and the center’s mission.
