Key West Florida Fishing is a multi-vessel sport fishing charter operation based at 1801 N Roosevelt Blvd in Key West, Florida, operated by Captain Mike Weinhofer, a Keys fishing veteran with nearly 30 years of experience who grew up fishing with his father on charter boats in New Jersey before making the Florida Keys his permanent home. The fleet includes the Blind Squirrel and the Compass Rose, offering a full range of fishing experiences from backcountry and inshore light tackle trips to reef, wreck, and offshore blue water sport fishing for sailfish, tuna, wahoo, mahi, snapper, and grouper. Captain Weinhofer is known for his hands-on teaching approach, encouraging clients to hook their own fish, cast their own baits, and learn knots throughout the trip for a fully immersive experience on the water. Key West Florida Fishing also offers night fishing, island excursion trips, and custom charters, with all trips customized to the client's fishing goals and experience level.
