Key West On Fly

Key West On Fly is a collaborative fly fishing guide service based at 30035 Linda Street on Big Pine Key, Florida, bringing together four independent owner-operator captains — John O'Hearn, Drew Delashmit, Alex Boehm, and Jacob Shemper — each running their own boat and business under one collective banner. The service specializes in saltwater fly fishing on the flats of Key West and the Lower Florida Keys, with additional trips to the Marquesas Keys and Everglades National Park, targeting tarpon, permit, bonefish, and other flats species year-round. Key West On Fly welcomes anglers of all experience levels, from first-time saltwater fly fishers to seasoned permit chasers, with each captain committed to active, hands-on instruction and a deep personal passion for the fishery. All four captains fish on their days off to stay current with conditions, flies, and techniques across the diverse backcountry and flats waters of the Lower Florida Keys.
