Key West Sandbar Tours

Key West Sandbar Tours is an online booking marketplace for on-the-water trips in Key West. It describes itself as a curated index of tours from more than two hundred local Key West operators, pulling sandbar hops, snorkel trips, sunset and dolphin cruises, fishing, and private charters into one searchable spot.

The service is run by Capt. Dane Karcher, who handles the local waterman side, and Jay Haven, who runs the systems and technology. Rather than operating its own boats, it connects travelers to independent operators and earns a commission through the FareHarbor booking program, so the trip itself is run by whichever local company a guest books.

For visitors, the draw is comparing several operators and tour styles in one place before booking. Anyone wanting a specific vessel, captain, or departure point should confirm those details with the operator the booking routes to.
