Odyssea Key West Sportfishing is a premier Key West fishing charter operation based at Oceans Edge Resort & Marina, operated by Captain Rush Maltz, a born-and-raised Key West native who has been building one of the most successful charter businesses in the Florida Keys for over two decades. Captain Maltz operates the Odyssea, a 34-foot SeaVee powered by triple Mercury 300 V8 outboards, and offers offshore, reef, wreck, fly fishing, and swordfishing charters year-round, targeting sailfish, tuna, wahoo, mahi, snapper, grouper, tarpon, permit, barracuda, pompano, cobia, and mackerel throughout Key West's diverse marine environment. Captain Rush is also the co-host of the nationally televised fishing show Local Knowledge, and has been mentored by fishing legends including the late Jose Wejebe, reflecting the depth of expertise and passion he brings to every charter. Odyssea accommodates up to four anglers per trip with all fishing licenses, bait, and tackle included in the charter price.
