Rosalynn Carter Butterfly Garden

Rosalynn Carter Butterfly Garden

The Little White House proudly features a butterfly garden named in honor of First Lady Rosalynn Carter. This garden is a key stop on the Rosalynn Carter Butterfly Trail, a program founded in 2013 to help increase monarch butterfly habitats nationwide. Inspired by Mrs. Carter’s own butterfly garden in Plains, GA, the trail promotes conservation and appreciation for these incredible pollinators. Visitors are invited to explore the garden daily at no cost. Find it at 111 Front Street and enjoy a peaceful connection with nature.
