Sea Bird Marina

Sea Bird Marina sits at 69501 Overseas Highway, mile marker 69.5 on Long Key, and it is a working marina rather than a resort dock. There are 30 slips for boats from 15 to 36 feet, ten live-aboard slips, and transient slips for anyone passing through. Hours run 7:30 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon, and the marina is closed Tuesday and Wednesday, which is worth knowing before you plan a launch.

The ramp handles boats up to 38 feet, launching from 7:30 to 4:30 on open days, with a gated lot for trailers and overnight trailer parking for guests. The fuel dock sits in front of the bait shop next to the ramp, and they carry ethanol free fuel only, which matters if you run an outboard that does not get along with the other kind. Secure gated boat storage is available as well.
