The Historic Armory

Built in 1903, The Armory on White Street is a beautifully restored historic landmark managed by The Studios of Key West, housing artist studios upstairs and the Fringe Theater’s performances below. Supported by preservation grants and community programs, it serves as both a cultural hub and a living example of adaptive reuse—uniting art, history, and creativity under one roof.
