The Waggin' Wiggle

The Waggin' Wiggle is Key West's newest and most spirited food truck, dreamed up by husband-and-wife team Bella and Alvaro — two Key West locals with years of hospitality experience who named their business after their precious dog Azura, known around the island as Wiggles. The menu is a tropical culinary adventure in slider form, with five signature gourmet sliders made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and housemade sauces: the Tropical BBQ with mango guava BBQ, brie, and grilled pineapple; the Blackberry Jalapeño with housemade sauce, pickled red onions, and pepperjack; the Pesto Caprese with fresh mozzerella and balsamic glaze; the Street Corn with avocado verde; and the OG classic — all served with a free side of plantain chips and a housemade black bean option for plant-based guests. At breakfast events, the truck rolls out scrambled egg breakfast tacos, breakfast burritos, pancake skewers with honey from Latitude 24 Coffee or maple syrup, and pancake tacos — along with sweet Brie Bites drizzled with housemade blackberry sauce for dessert.
