Three Waters Resort & Marina

Three Waters Resort & Marina occupies 15 waterfront acres at 84001 Overseas Highway in Islamorada, on the site generations of Keys visitors knew as the Postcard Inn and, before that, Holiday Isle. It reopened under the Three Waters name in fall 2024 as a Marriott Tribute Portfolio resort, with 214 rooms, suites and cottages, three pools including one with a swim-up bar, and three beaches.

The Cove is the adults-only piece, a resort inside the resort: 63 rooms and suites, all king beds, with a private pool, a beach lagoon and the Wave Motion Studio, open to guests 21 and over. Dining runs across nine outlets, among them Kindler Wood-Fired Fare, Little Limón, Islamorada Pizza Co., Kokomo, Lucky Twist, the Hideaway for 21 and over, a Starbucks, and the Tiki Bar that has been part of this address for decades.

The marina runs 72 slips in what the resort calls the deepest channel in the Upper Keys, with fishing charters, water taxis and watersports off the docks. Guests can also use the sister properties in the Islamorada Resort Collection, La Siesta Resort and Amara Cay Resort, reached by the Rum Runner water taxi. Call (866) 562-9682.
