Beaver Moon Full Moon Dinner at Little Palm Island

Tuesday, November 24, 2026, by reservation. Dine under the glow of the Beaver Moon at Little Palm Island, the private island resort in the Lower Keys reachable only by boat or seaplane.

Dinner is served in The Dining Room under Executive Chef Rodrigo Albornoz, a Michelin star winner in 2024 for Fiola in Washington, D.C., with seating indoors, on the oceanfront verandah, or at tables set on the sand.

Little Palm Island welcomes local guests for dining, though availability for non-resort dining is intentionally limited. Complimentary boat transfers leave the Shore Station at 28500 Overseas Highway on Little Torch Key at half past each hour and return on the hour, about 15 minutes each way. Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your reservation.

The island is adults only, welcoming guests 18 and older, with a dress code of collared shirts and pants or an elegant dress. Reservations at 305-422-4236.
