Bella Italia: Chef's Encore Dinner Series

The Key West Cooking Show's Chef's Encore dinner series turns to Italy for November with Bella Italia, a menu rooted in regional inspiration and designed for sharing, savoring and slowing down. Think rustic tradition, seasonal ingredients, and bold, satisfying flavors.

Chef's Encore is a one-night-only format. Each month brings a completely unique themed menu, served to just 20 guests at a single seating, with live storytelling and insights from Chef Keith St. Peter as each course lands. The multicourse tasting menu comes with a handcrafted cocktail.

Twenty seats means it goes quickly, so book ahead. The Key West Cooking Show is at 291 Front Street, Suite 207, in Clinton Square Market.

Bella Italia sits between P.N.W. on December 4 and Pearl of the Caribbean on January 8, with the series running first Fridays through March 2027.
