Bella Italia: Chef's Encore Dinner Series

Friday, November 6, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. Savor the flavors of Italy during Bella Italia, the November edition of the Chef’s Encore Dinner Series at the Key West Cooking Show.

Hosted by Executive Chef Keith St. Peter, Bella Italia celebrates Italian cooking at its most comforting and vibrant, bringing together rustic traditions, seasonal ingredients, and bold flavors. The menu draws inspiration from Italy’s regional cuisine and is designed around the spirit of gathering at the table, sharing dishes, and slowing down to enjoy each course.

Chef’s Encore is an intimate monthly dining series featuring a different themed menu at each event. With seating limited to just 20 guests, diners enjoy a multicourse tasting experience accompanied by Chef Keith’s commentary and stories about the inspiration, history, and techniques behind the dishes.

The experience includes a multicourse themed menu and handcrafted cocktail. Tickets currently start at $150 per person, and advance reservations are strongly recommended due to the limited seating.
