Caribbean Night: Tasting Florida Keys Favorites

Monday, November 9, 2026, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The Florida Keys History and Discovery Center hosts Caribbean Night, an evening built around Florida Keys culture and cuisine. The two hours pair food and tropical drinks drawn from favorite Keys dishes with historical storytelling from the center’s staff.

The center sits at mile marker 82 on the grounds of the Islander Resort in Islamorada, and holds the Keys History and Discovery Foundation’s collections covering the island chain’s maritime, fishing and settlement history.

Caribbean Night is one of several evening programs the center runs alongside its 2026-2027 lecture season. That season is sponsored by the Islander Resort, with individual evenings backed by local businesses including Caribee Boat Sales.
