Celebrate Science & America 250: A Summer Library Adventure
Join Florida Bay Forever at the Key Largo Public Library for an interactive afternoon of science, nature, and exploration as part of a summer learning program celebrating America's 250th anniversary. Designed for young learners and families, the program will feature hands-on activities, stories, and discussions that connect local environmental stewardship with the natural and cultural history of the United States.
Participants will explore why conservation matters, learn about protecting wild places, and discover how caring for our environment helps preserve the resources and landscapes that make the Florida Keys unique. This community-focused program encourages curiosity, learning, and a deeper appreciation for the world around us.
