Guided Bird Walk at Green Turtle Hammock

Saturday, November 14, 2026 from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. Guided bird walks are back at Green Turtle Hammock Nature Preserve, 81224 Overseas Highway in Islamorada.

Florida Bay Forever partners with the Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, whose team takes care of our avian neighbors, for an hour along a 0.4-mile flat loop trail. All ages are welcome, families, locals and visitors alike.
The walk is free with a grateful suggestion of a donation. Bring binoculars if you have them, water, and your excitement and curiosity.
