Historian Cori Convertito, Ph.D., will present “Over the Seas and Across the Keys: A History of Key West Travel,” exploring how transportation to the Florida Keys evolved from passenger and cargo ships to Henry Flagler’s railroad, automobiles, and air travel. The program examines how each mode of transportation helped shape the growth, development, and history of Key West and the Florida Keys.
