Helm to Hearth Culinary Celebration returns to Islamorada April 17–19, 2026, for a memorable weekend celebrating world-class cuisine, coastal flavors, and marine conservation. Hosted at Three Waters Resort & Marina, this three-day culinary event brings together acclaimed chefs—including Michelin-starred and James Beard award-winning talent—to showcase innovative dishes inspired by the bounty of the sea and the unique culinary traditions of the Florida Keys. Guests can enjoy a beachfront welcome reception with the chefs, a collaborative seven-course dinner with wine pairings, and a festive oceanfront brunch featuring live chef stations. Proceeds from the celebration benefit the Coral Restoration Foundation, supporting efforts to protect and restore coral reef ecosystems throughout the Florida Keys.
