Junk in the Trunk: Holiday Re-Gifting Sale

Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Junk in the Trunk puts a holiday spin on its reuse and repurpose concept with the first of two Holiday Re-Gifting Sales at Truman Waterfront Park.

The premise is simple and a little bit liberating. Those perfectly good gifts that never quite found a home can become someone else's great find, and shoppers get to hunt for unique, budget friendly presents without adding more new things to the world.

The regular market runs right alongside it, so the East Quay Wall still fills with residents selling straight from their vehicles. Expect household goods, decor, tools, vintage finds, collectibles and the usual run of surprises.

Shoppers register for nothing and pay nothing. Parking at Truman Waterfront Park is free with a residential parking sticker, and the market runs 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

For sellers, spaces are assigned on arrival and you keep 100 percent of what you make. Pre registration is $15 for a car, $20 for a truck or SUV and $25 for a van or trailer, and drive up spaces cost $5 more when available.
