Scale to Grow – Key West (Small Business Workshop Series)

March 24, March 31, April 7, April 14, April 21 & April 28, 2026 

Local entrepreneurs and small business owners are invited to join Scale to Grow, a hands-on workshop series focused on strengthening operations, refining your brand, and increasing revenue. Led by experts from the Florida Small Business Development Center at FIU, the program covers key topics such as identifying your target market, understanding finances, developing a business plan, and pitching your ideas. Participants will collaborate with fellow founders, work through real business challenges, and gain practical insights to help scale their ventures. The final session on April 28 includes a mini-graduation ceremony with certificates and a networking opportunity with industry leaders, partners, and potential investors.
