Southernmost Playboy House - Beach Bunny Pool Party Bash

Friday, October 23, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Southernmost House throws an oceanfront, adults only pool party during Fantasy Fest, billed as an official Fantasy Fest event.

General admission buys an all day pool pass with access to the Southernmost pool area and bar, a live DJ, drink specials and an afternoon on the water at the bottom of Duval Street. VIP adds the Sky Bar, an elevated lounge with panoramic views over the pool, a private bar with dedicated bartenders and a capped headcount.

Bunny ears are the dress code. The party is adults only and topless sunbathing is permitted for guests wearing them.

The Southernmost House is a historic beachfront boutique hotel at 1400 Duval Street, built in 1897 and known locally as the Mansion on the Sea. Over the years it has been a private residence, a casino, a speakeasy, a social club, a museum and now a hotel.

Guests staying at the hotel receive complimentary general admission. Everyone else buys online and receives a QR code by email.
