Tree Lottery: Free Wood for Local Artists – Key West Mahogany Tree

June 20 | 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Local artists, woodworkers, carvers, turners, and craftspeople are invited to participate in a community wood distribution at Shipwreck Artisans. Salvaged Cuban mahogany from the City of Key West’s tree removal program will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, providing local creatives with an opportunity to transform locally sourced wood into new works of art. Multiple cut styles will be available while supplies last.
