On Saturday, November 14, 2026, the Historic Seaport will become the center of Florida’s oyster-loving community as the inaugural Key West Oyster Fest makes its debut in front of Half Shell Raw Bar.
The event is a collaboration between Half Shell Raw Bar, Everglades Oyster Company, and Oyster Reefers, the team behind Miami’s popular Oyster Fest, which has become a favorite annual celebration for oyster enthusiasts from across South Florida.
