Hunter's Moon Full Moon Dinner at Little Palm Island
Monday, October 26, 2026, by reservation. Dine beneath the glow of the Hunter’s Moon during a special Full Moon Dinner at Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, the secluded adults-only private island retreat in the Lower Florida Keys.
The experience takes place at The Dining Room, where Executive Chef Rodrigo Albornoz leads a culinary program centered on seasonal ingredients and coastal flavors. Albornoz joined Little Palm Island after a career that included helping Fiola in Washington, D.C., retain its Michelin star in 2024.
Guests can dine amid the restaurant’s West Indies-inspired interiors, on the oceanfront verandah, or beneath the palms on the sand, with outdoor seating subject to availability. The island’s remote setting and open views create an especially memorable backdrop for an evening timed with the full moon.
Little Palm Island welcomes non-resort guests age 18 and older for dining, although availability is intentionally limited and advance reservations are required. Complimentary boat transfers depart the Shore Station at 28500 Overseas Highway on Little Torch Key at the bottom of each hour and return from the island at the top of the hour. The scenic crossing takes approximately 15 minutes, and guests should arrive 15 to 20 minutes before departure.
For dinner, the resort recommends refined island-casual attire, including collared shirts for gentlemen and elegant resort wear for ladies.
Escape to a private island for an intimate evening of exceptional dining, ocean views, and the glow of the Hunter’s Moon over the Florida Keys.
