Key West Oyster Fest

Key West Oyster Fest

Saturday, November 14, 2026 | 5-10 PM

Shuck, slurp and celebrate at the inaugural Key West Oyster Fest, a waterfront culinary celebration at Half Shell Raw Bar in the Key West Historic Seaport!

Presented by Half Shell Raw Bar and Everglades Oysters, the festival brings together regional oyster farmers, some of the Florida Keys' top chefs and restaurants, skilled shuckers and live music for an unforgettable evening celebrating Florida's seafood culture.

Your ticket includes unlimited oysters and a premium open bar until 8 PM, with raw and grilled oyster creations from participating chefs and live music by The Farm Boys.

Acclaimed chef Norman Van Aken, a pioneer of New World Cuisine whose culinary roots trace back to Key West, returns as the festival's featured chef. The weekend includes special appearances, a VIP meet-and-greet, cookbook signings and a recognition brunch honoring his contributions to the region's culinary history.

Beyond the festivities, the event celebrates coastal conservation. Building on an existing oyster-shell recycling initiative between Half Shell Raw Bar and Everglades Oysters, every shell generated during the festival will be collected for recycling and potential beneficial reuse in environmental restoration projects.

Guests can also look forward to culinary offerings from participating restaurants including Square Grouper, Salt + Ash, Café Marquesa, Hogfish Bar & Grill, A&B Lobster House, Roostica and many more.
