Mote Marine Laboratory Trivia Night at Florida Keys Brewing Company

Monday, October 19, 2026, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Grab a drink, gather your smartest friends, and put your marine knowledge to the test during Mote Marine Laboratory Trivia Night at Florida Keys Brewing Company in Islamorada.

Hosted in partnership with Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, the evening combines friendly competition with questions inspired by coral reefs, marine life, ocean science, and conservation. Whether you are a seasoned ocean enthusiast or simply ready for a fun night out, teams can compete while learning more about the remarkable ecosystem just offshore.

Mote’s history dates to 1955, when renowned marine scientist Dr. Eugenie Clark, famously known as the “Shark Lady,” founded a small marine laboratory in Florida. Today, Mote’s scientists conduct research and restoration work throughout the Florida Keys, including large-scale efforts to restore threatened coral populations.

Trivia is free to play and takes place at Florida Keys Brewing Company, 81611 Old Highway, in Islamorada’s Morada Way Arts & Cultural District.
