Saturday, November 21, 2026. Pedal through paradise for a purpose during Tour de Keys, a scenic charity cycling adventure that takes riders along the Florida Keys Overseas Highway to the finish line in Key West.
Cyclists can choose between two routes: a 100-mile century ride beginning in Key Largo or a 50-mile ride starting in Marathon. Along the way, participants can take in sweeping water views, iconic bridges, and the one-of-a-kind scenery of the island chain while sharing the experience with riders from across the country.
Recommended lodging for century riders is available at Reefhouse Resort & Marina in Key Largo, while 50-mile participants can stay at Grassy Flats Resort & Beach Club in Marathon. Both routes culminate in Key West with a finish line celebration at Opal Key Resort & Marina, 245 Front Street, where riders can celebrate their accomplishment after an unforgettable journey through the Keys.
More than just a cycling challenge, Tour de Keys benefits MARC House, the Monroe County Association for reMARCable Citizens, which provides services and support for adults with developmental disabilities in the Florida Keys.
Whether you’re chasing a century, taking on the 50-mile route, or simply looking for an incredible way to experience the Keys on two wheels, Tour de Keys combines breathtaking scenery, camaraderie, and community impact for a ride with purpose.
