34th Annual Zonta ABC 5K & 10K Run/Walk

Saturday, November 7, 2026. Run or walk for an important local cause during the 34th Annual Zonta ABC 5K & 10K Run/Walk in Key West. ABC stands for Awareness Breast Cancer, and proceeds from the event help provide preventive services for women in the Lower Keys who otherwise may not be able to afford them.

The 10K begins at 7:30 a.m., followed by the 5K at 8 a.m. Both events start at 1000 Atlantic Boulevard near Salute at Higgs Beach, providing a scenic setting for a morning of fitness, community, and support.

Over the past 33 years, the Zonta Club of Key West has helped provide more than 3,500 mammograms to local women, making this annual event an important fundraiser for women’s health services in the Florida Keys.

Registration is $40 for the 5K and $55 for the 10K, plus a small credit card service fee. Packet pickup and registration are available Friday, November 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. east of Salute at Higgs Beach and again on race morning from 7 to 7:45 a.m.

Participants receive a T-shirt and koozie, and finishers earn the event’s signature puzzle-piece medal. An after-party and awards celebration follow the races.

Whether you run, walk, or come out to support the participants, the Zonta ABC Run/Walk offers a meaningful way to spend a Key West morning while helping expand access to preventive care for women in the Lower Keys.
