Florida Keys Wild Bird Center Volunteers (Tavernier)

Keep them flying! The Florida Keys Wild Bird Center rescues, rehabilitates, and releases nearly 1,000 birds a year, and its family-friendly Wild Bird Sanctuary is home to over 90 permanent resident birds. Passionate volunteers greet guests along the mangrove boardwalk, assist at the hospital, help with habitat upkeep and feeding, or lend office support. It's a heartfelt, hands-on way to connect with the wild side of the Upper Keys.
