Heroes Salute 5K Run/Walk

Lace up and salute the heroes at the Heroes Salute 5K Run/Walk, kicking off the 18th Annual Heroes Salute Weekend at Hawks Cay Resort.

This beloved Florida Keys tradition honors active-duty military members, veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel, bringing participants together for a spirited morning of fitness, gratitude, and community on beautiful Duck Key.

Runners and walkers are encouraged to show their patriotic pride by sporting red, white, and blue, military-inspired attire, or first-responder gear as they make their way through the scenic island course.

Registration includes an official race T-shirt, race bib, and timing chip, with medals and prizes awarded to the top three finishers in each category.

More than just a race, the Heroes Salute 5K is an opportunity to come together and recognize the dedicated men and women who serve and protect our communities and country.

Participation is limited to 200 runners and walkers, so register early, wear your patriotic best, and start Heroes Salute Weekend with a meaningful 5K in paradise!
