Treasure Treat Night

Available on select dates October 20–24 and October 27–31, 2026. Mix, shake, and sip your way through the world of rum during Rum Revelations: A Cocktail Adventure, a hands-on craft cocktail class at Bar 1 at the Key West Cooking Show.

During this one-hour experience, participants explore rum-based cocktails while learning about the history of rum and its influence on cocktail culture. With guidance from experienced bartenders, guests get hands-on with professional bar tools, premium spirits, and fresh garnishes while learning techniques they can recreate at home.

Designed for beginners and cocktail enthusiasts alike, the class combines mixology, rum history, and plenty of sampling in a relaxed and social setting. Participants leave with recipes to help recreate the experience after their Key West visit.

Rum Revelations is offered at noon and 2 p.m. at Bar 1, located upstairs at 291 Front Street, Suite 207, near Mallory Square in Key West. Availability varies by date, so advance reservations are recommended.
