About Chris Sloan

Chris Sloan and his family split their time between their homes in Key West and Miami, but his soul lives full-time on the island. Sloan is an Emmy-award-winning television producer, marketing executive, entrepreneur, journalist, and philanthropist. Sloan’s nationally known television production company, 2C Media, produces content and marketing campaigns for the who’s who of TV networks, Hollywood studios, and streamer services. Previously, Sloan held senior executive-level marketing and content production positions at NBC, CBS, Discovery Networks, TLC, and USA Network.

His other avocation is being a noted journalist for the commercial aviation industry’s most prestigious trade publications and online outlets including Aviation Week, Air Transport World, Airline World, and Leeham News. Additionally, he owns and curates the world's largest online commercial aviation museum;  TheAirchive.Net

Sloan, his wife Carla, and his son Caleb created and operate Caleb and Calder Sloan’s Awesome Foundation, a very active 501c3 nonprofit organization that responds to natural disasters, assists people in need, and advocates for children and families needing grief support. It is named for their late son, Calder Jacob Sloan, who tragically died at the age of seven years old.
